President Pnoy Noynoy Aquino is the fifteenth president of the Philippines who won by landslide last 2010 presidential election. As stated in Article VII, Section 23 of the 1987 Philippines Constitution:
The President shall address the Congress at the opening of its regular session. He may also appear before it at any other time.

So today, July 25, 2011, our very own President Noynoy Aquino III will deliver his second 2011 SONA at the opening of the 16th Congress at the Batasang Pambansa around 2-5pm this afternoon. Filipinos are all waiting what would be the content of his SONA after he and his sisters promised the end of corruption throughout the country.
